WHO IS BEHIND WE•TRST?

Behind WE•TRST is Sandro, Arina and Michael – a team of fashion enthusiasts who have made it their mission to bring people closer together through our clothes. We firmly believe that clothing speaks a language that everyone understands. With our fashion, we want to help you express your individual style and connect with others at the same time. For us, it's not just about selling clothes quickly – we focus on long-term relationships with our customers.

WHERE DO YOUR CLOTHES COME FROM?

Our clothing is made in Portugal. We deliberately chose this country because it gives us the opportunity to produce our clothing under fair conditions.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE SURE THAT YOUR CLOTHES ARE PRODUCED FAIRLY?

We work exclusively with certified production facilities that share our values and are committed to fair and sustainable production. Our production in Portugal is also subject to European labor law, which requires fair payment.

DO YOU USE SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS?

Yes, we make sure that we use sustainable and environmentally friendly materials. Our garments are made from organic cotton or recycled materials.

WHAT DOES “SUSTAINABLE AND FAIR” PRODUCTION MEAN?

For us, “sustainable and fair production” means that we not only pay attention to ecological sustainability, but also to social sustainability. This means that we pay attention to environmentally friendly and resource-conserving production in the production of our clothing and at the same time ensure that our workers are paid fairly and work under safe conditions.

Shipping, returns & exchanges

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Probably still on its way. – Your parcel will leave our warehouse approximately 48 hours after you have placed your order. Depending on the delivery destination, delivery can take up to 14 days. In Switzerland usually 1-2 days.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?

Give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, but some orders may take longer. We then hand the package over to our shipping partner, who will deliver it to you as quickly as possible.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE ORDERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you have already placed the order, unfortunately the delivery address cannot be changed at a later date. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, please contact us immediately by e-mail (order@we-trst.com) so that we can adjust the order if necessary.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

A completed order can no longer be changed. However, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel or adjust it. Please contact us by e-mail (order@we-trst.com).
