The new WE•RUN season starts on January 25th. The date is set. But the real reason we're writing this lies between the runs, during the winter break.
Because while things were quiet outside, something was brewing: Our WhatsApp channel has surpassed 150 members – and it's still growing. That's not just a number. It's a signal. That people don't just want to run, but want to be part of something. Part of a community that connects and motivates.
A larger community needs more space
This growth had consequences – a good one. We had to relocate our "headquarters". More people means more energy, more exchange, more movement. And for that, you need a place that can accommodate it.
From now on, we'll meet at Balthasar 8 in St. Gallen. A café right in the heart of the old town. The perfect spot for arrival, briefing, recovery, and conversations that last longer than the run itself.
For us, this is more than just a new meeting place. It's another step towards what WE•RUN should become: not just a running club, but a really big community.
