Run & Flow is history. And what a history it is. Our first sports event in cooperation with the Reformer Pilates Studio Riva Circle and PEAQ Hydration was completely sold out a week and a half before the date – a signal that couldn't be clearer. The community wants more than just a social run. It wants experiences that connect. Anyone who was there knows: It was exactly that.

Two timeslots. Two groups. One feeling.
To allow as many participants as possible to take part, we divided Run & Flow into two timeslots. Both groups went through the same program – first a joint run with the Run Club by WE•TRST, then a taster lesson in Reformer Pilates at Riva Circle.

Run Club by WE•TRST – Community Run through urban industrial district St. Gallen

The concept is simple, and that's precisely why it's powerful: two disciplines that complement each other. Endurance meets control. Collective movement meets detailed body awareness.

The Run – Urban and despite the drizzle
The weather forecast was not on our side. Rain was predicted – and some of it did fall. But anyone who is part of the Run Club by WE•TRST won't be deterred by that. Both groups set off, and the light rain did not detract from the experience. On the contrary: it made the whole thing feel more authentic in its own way.

The route was urban, as is typical for the WE•TRST Run Club – no treadmill, no gym. Streets, air, pace. That's what drives us.

Reformer Pilates with Riva Circle
After the run, the second part of the event followed: a taster lesson in Reformer Pilates at the Riva Circle studio. For many participants, it was their first time on the reformer – and the reactions spoke for themselves.

Run & Flow by WE•TRST – Pilates Reformer class with trainer and community

Reformer Pilates is not just a supplement for runners. It is the missing counterpart. Where running focuses on forward movement and endurance, Pilates training works on stability, core tension, and quality of movement. Both together result in a training picture that is more complete than the sum of its parts.

Riva Circle guided this introduction with expertise and passion. A clear thank you for that.

Drinks, snacks and genuine community exchange
Sweating is followed by socializing – this is no coincidence at WE•TRST, but part of the program. After the Pilates lesson, there was an opportunity for drinks, snacks, and something many events forget: genuine exchange.

Run & Flow by WE•TRST – Community meets after the event with PEAQ Hydration

New faces, new conversations. Anyone who wasn't part of our community before took the first step that day. And we were able to welcome numerous new members to our WhatsApp Channel of the Run Club by WE•TRST. The community growth that arises from such events is organic and precisely for that reason, valuable.

At WE•TRST, the same idea stands behind every event: movement connects people. Not speed, not the number of kilometers – but commonality.

PEAQ Hydration – The right fuel for Run & Flow
As the official hydration partner of the Run Club by WE•TRST, PEAQ Hydration was also present at Run & Flow. Swiss mountain water with natural minerals, vitamins, and magnesium – for the moment after the run. With PEAQ, we have the right partner by our side.
